Question: I am getting the message, "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file."
Answer: Most likely, this message is generated by your anti-virus software. We have seen this especially with the free programs like Avast, Panda, AVG and so on.
Just temporarily turn off the anti-virus software and start the program normally.
If you do not know how to turn off the anti-virus program, ask your IT person, check the anti-virus company's web site, or call the anti-virus company's tech support.
